Team Tournament Requests
Send your team tournament list to our FC Alliance Administration at krenkert@fcalliance.net
Please include the following in your e-mail,
1. Tournament Name
2. City
3. Dates
4. Cost and;
5. Application Deadline
Tournaments are reviewed by the Alliance VP of Competition and Coaching Director. If you are asking for an exception to the tournament guidelines, the matter will need the approval of the Executive Committee, which will delay the approval process. Please review the tournament guidelines posted on the tournament site page.
Tournament Rosters
Once your tournaments are approved you may request a tournament roster for your application. Team managers can download a tournament roster from the Bonzi team site. If a signed roster is needed with your tournament application e-mail krenkert@fcalliance.net. If you will be using guest players download the FCA Tournament Roster form, complete, and e-mail to krenkert@fcalliance.net. Alliance administrators will review your roster and submit to NYSA for association registrar’s signature. You will then receive a pdf roster via e-mail. (Do not request a tournament roster via www.northshoresoccer.org)
- If a guest player did not play in WSYSA in the prior season, they will need to be added to WSYSA and pay the insurance fee to take part in any tournament. Please contact krenkert@fcalliance.net for more information. Summer tournaments are during the open season and guest players can be used. It is highly recommended that if rostered to another team that you have coach approval.
Remember: Please plan ahead and allow plenty of time for all Rosters to go through the approval process. They must be submitted no later than Monday the week of the tournament. Signed rosters will be sent via e-mail no later than Thursday the week of the tournament.
