GU13-GU15 and BU13 - BU18 teams will form on their own at various meeting rooms or at a players home. Team Notebooks and Registration materials will be provided to the head coach or team coordinator (if assigned) on the last tryout date.
Once players have been assigned to a team, parents will be able to on-line register at www.northshoresoccer.org
On-line instructions can be downloaded below, if returning parents do not know their sign on and password they can request that now but they must wait to register until after their son or daughter has accepted a position on the team. To request your ID and password contact the NYSA office or send an e-mail to krenkert@fcalliance.net On-line fees can be paid by check or credit card. New players will need to register on paper.

No team will be approved to train until all paperwork and on-line registration has been completed and approved by the club registrar. Team Mentors (Executive Committee members) are available to attend your team formation meeting to help with registration and answer any questions.

Team Formation Meetings
At your meeting you will be completing team and player registration, paying team fees, signing up for team volunteer positions and electing a team representative.
Player Registration - required forms
Be sure to bring a copy of your player’s birth certificate (which will be returned at the end of the season) and your check book for team fees.

Player Fee: $1,610
Team Fee: $100-300

Payment Plan
Due during on-line registration: $420 (Player Fee Down Payment)
Due at Team Formation: $100 (Team Fee - Paid to Team Treasurer)
Due Uniform Night: $225 (Soccer West)
10 Auto-Payments: $119 / month (credit or debit)
